We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2021, at the age of 61, Oscar J Williams (Oxford, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, McKinley Williams, Sr. and Lindsey Howard Williams. He is survived by: his daughters, Sharonda Jones (Shadearick) of Stovall and Tiffanie Roshun Moore of Oxford; and his siblings, McKinley Williams, Jr. of Henderson and Carolyn W. Hobgood of Oxford. He is also survived by four grandchildren.

Covid-19 protocols of facial coverings and social distancing of six feet or more will be observed at the graceside service.
