She is survived by: her son Michael Blackwell (Angie); her granddaughters, Tiffany Livengood (Michael) and Jennifer Blackwell; her great grandchild Madalyn Livengood; and her sister Joyce Capps. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
