He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Bessie Jones; his siblings, Kelvin Downey (Okhui), Sandra Tabourn (Greg) of Williamsboro, NC, Beverly Patricia Bumpass of Oxford, NC and Betty Jean Bowden of Oxford, NC; and his great-nephews, Messiah Winston and Nathan Bumpass. He was also cherished by six aunts; four uncles and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and other loving relatives and friends.
