He is survived by: his siblings, Keisha Cates, Charles Pettiford, Monta Cates, Ervin Cofield, Andre Perry (LaTasha), Andrew Cates and Willie Perry, Jr.; his aunts and uncles, Joanne Glover, Christine Harris (John), Janet Green (Corey), Ella Cash, Antonia Perry, Joanne Allen, Bruce Pettiford (Wanda), Douglas Pettiford, Larry Cates, Otis Perry (Electia), Tommy Hunt, Mark Hunt and Pete Barnes; his close friend Desire Young; and his children, Saniya Young, Jamonte Young and Carly Fields.
