She was predeceased by: her husband Norris Hailey; her daughter Becky Tackett; and her son-in-law Tommy Whitt. She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Parham (Gene) of Oxford, Debra Newman (Bruce) of Kittrell, Pat Whitt of McKenney, VA and Penny Howard (Dannie) of Louisburg; and her sister Dorothy Buffaloe of Zebulon. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
