She was predeceased by: her parents, Hattie Harris Chavis and Juliam Thomas (June). She is survived by: her children, Dandria Parker of Oxford, NC, Tommie Parker (Jimmie) of Oxford, NC and Henreka Adkins (Patrick) of High Point, NC.; her grandchildren, Kiara Parker, Kia Parker, Tiffany Parker, Jordan Adkins and Skylar Adkins; and her friend Henry McCoy of Oxford, NC. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (320 Granville St, Oxford, NC 27565). A burial was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Meadowview Memorial Park (6165 US-15, Oxford, NC 27565).
