She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Dudley Howard and Evelyn Hobgood Howard; and her husband Waverly H. Barnes Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Waverly Hobgood Barnes, Jr. (Rhoda), Dudley Barnes (Carol) and Cindy McKenzie (Will); her sister Betty Friday; her grandchildren, Chris Barnes (Holly), Will Barnes (Dionisia Montanez), Keri Rojas (Chris), David Barnes (Savannah), Jay McKenzie (Kaitlyn), Anna Kate McKenzie and Ellie McKenzie; and her great grandchildren, Carter Rojas, Nash Barnes and Jackson Barnes. She is also survived by her extended family & friends.
