She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Minnie Peirce Perry and Richard "Chink" Whitted; her children, Avis Henderson (Jimmy) of Butner, NC, Dorothy Wilkins (Hurley) of Durham, NC, Minnie Johnson (Eddie) of Butner, NC, Ruby H. Thompkins of Durham, NC, Haywood Lee Henderson (Jean) of Creedmoor, Jasper Henderson Jr. (Geneva) of Oxford, Bernard Henderson (Delores) of Irving and Michael Henderson (Pamela) of Butner; her siblings, Vergie Ann Wilson of Washington, DC, Joyce Crist, Arlena Fuller, Josephine Whitted, Iome Whitted, Tanya Whitted, Pam Whitted and John Page Whitted of Emporia Virginia; her sister-in-law Ruth Higgs; and also, Theodore and Gladys Braswell. She was also cherished by 20 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, loving relatives and friends.
