She is survived by: her children, Pamela Hodge of Creedmoor, Cynthia Hunt (Michael) of Creedmoor, Diane Wilkerson of Kittrell, William Hawley of Durham and Harvey Hawley of Durham; her siblings, Mamie Perry of Oxford, Shirley Lewis of Oxford, Mable Williams of Oxford, Priscilla Lemay of Oxford, Johnnie Blackwell (Daphine) of Elizabeth City, Garland Peace (Lucille) of Upper Marlboro, MD, Grant Peace, Jr. (Peggy) of Oxford and Leonard Peace (Shirley) of Oxford; her aunts, Dorothy Pyrde of Fayetteville, Sarah Lee Downey of Oxford and Ida Mae Burt of Oxford; her siblings-in-law, Sarah Venable (Charlie) of Oxford and Eddie Lee Marable of Oxford; and her friends, Betty Hawkins of Henderson and Mozella Harris of Henderson. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
All services will observe Covid-19 guides of face coverings and social distancing of sex feet or more.
