He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Louie Roger Gill Sr. and Fannie Bell Hunt Gill; his children, James Roger Gill Sr. (Joyce) of Portland, OR, Joyce Ann Gill of Henderson, NC, Nora Jean Gill (Stanley) and Mamie Delores Gill; and his siblings, Ben "June" Gill (Earl Dean), Paul Gill (Vivian), Tommy Lee "Tom" Gill (Rachael), George Edward (Gill) and Kate Lee. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
