It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Yancey Milton of Oxford, North Carolina, who passed away on August 8, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Preston Yancey and Frances Satterwhite Yancey; and her brother Harry Yancey. She is survived by: her husband Donald Gray Milton; her children, Donald Dale Milton (Amanda) of Oxford and Nikki Milton Viola (Mike) of Efland; her grandchildren, Abigail Viola, Megan Lowman, Emily Milton and Aidan Viola; her brother Larry Yancey (Gayle) of Richmond; and her sister-in-law Patricia Yancey of South Boston.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations in Linda's memory be made to Providence Baptist Church, c/o Tonya Perry, Treasurer, 2551 Ace Drive, Oxford, NC 27565.
