He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Melvin Tingen and Novella Faulk Tingen; and his siblings, Pamela K. Setzer of Stovall, Janice T. Constanino of Oxford, Geri T. Justice of Kentucky, Melvin Earl Tingen of Oxford and Milton Clyde Tingen of Winnabow.
He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Ann Adcock Tingen; his brother Douglas K. Tingen (Brenda); and his children, Shannon Collier, Stephanie Tingen, Rodney Tingen (Destina), Michael Tingen and Adam Tingen.
