It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Watkins (Oxford, North Carolina), who passed away on December 31, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Grissom and Lillie Hyde Grissom; and her sisters, Peggy Grissom and Patsy Watkins. She is survived by: her husband Jack Watkins; her children, Candace Pennell and Ray Watkins (Tammy); her grandchildren, Kelvin Pennell, Kyle Watkins (Elizabeth Fontaine) and Zach Watkins; her aunt Nellie Harward; her nieces, Gail Kilman and Vickie Davis; and her nephew Bobby Watkins.
