He was predeceased by: his parents, Chalmers Lee Brown, Sr. and Alpha Brown Peppers; his brother Chalmers Lee Brown, Jr.; his sisters-in-law, Mary Brown and Jo Ellen Brown; and his grandson Cameron Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Celia; his children, Darryl Henderson (Dawn) of Oxford, Jeremy Brown (Julie) of Holly Springs, Jason Brown (Jenny) of Durham and Constance Jo Armstrong of Lubbock, TX; his grandchildren, Monique Henderson, Brandon Brown, Tyler Henderson, Madison Brown, Olivia Brown and Matthew Brown; his great grandchildren, Dawson Patterson, Haley Patterson, Jayden Henderson, Brantley Brown and Oakley Cameron Brown; and his brothers, Clyde Brown of Siloam, GA and Ottie Brown (Sue) of Madison, GA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
