He was predeceased by: his father James Mack Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Ida Mack of Henderson, NC; his siblings, James Mack of Roxboro, NC, Danny Mack (Carolyn) of Greensboro, NC, Annette Burwell and Lisa Mack of Butner, NC; his son Jaden; and his parents-in-law, Inell Bradford and Harold Bradford. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, stepchildren.
