He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Howard and Treva Acker Howard. He is survived by: his daughter Lor; his wife Linda; his daughters, Lorraine Yohey (Rex) and Melissa Garrett (James); his siblings, Tim Howard, Dave Acker, Michael Acker, Al Acker and Barb Boney; and his children, Hope, Timothy and Bill. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
