It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John H McCaden (Oxford, North Carolina), who passed away on January 16, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Lee McCaden and Annie Lee Thornton McCaden. He is survived by: his sons, Michael H. McCaden (Brenda) of Oxford and Marvin Sean McCaden (Polly) of Durham; his sisters, Pauline Green of Oxford and Teresa Taylor (Vernon) of Oxford; and his niece Marva Moseley of Farmville, NC. He is also survived by five grandchildren; one great granddaughter; six great grandsons; one great-great granddaughter; two great-great grandsons; a number of nieces, nephews other loving relatives and caring friends.
