We are sad to announce that on March 28, 2024, at the age of 78, Jo Ann Elliott (Oxford, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Bagley Newton and Josephine Overton Newton; and her husband Russell Elliott. She is also survived by her friends and family which include numerous nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family appreciates donations in honor to be made to a local hospice agency of your choice.
