He is survived by: his children, Jill Thorpe Harris of Oxford, NC, Christopher Lee Thorpe of Oxford, NC, Jimmie Lee Thorpe Jr. of Roxboro, NC, Thomas Lamont Thorpe of Durham, NC and Shawn Antwan Thorpe of Hope Mills, NC; and his sister Sue Harris (Kenneth) of Henderson, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends.
