He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Coker Jones; his daughters, Connie Jones Powell (Jim), Michelle Jones and Jennifer Jones Fish (Grant); his grandchildren, Matthew Powell, Kristen Powell, Phillip Jones and Marlin Hoffman; and his brother L. G. Jones Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
