He was predeceased by: his mother Hazel Hawkins Williams. He is survived by: his father Jesse Williams, Sr. of Oxford; his wife Linda Branch Williams; his children, Shonda Foster of Raleigh, Sharon Foster Hayes (Milton) of Henderson, Wayne Foster of Henderson and TJ Foster (Kimica) of Henderson; and his siblings, Phyllis Hargrove of Oxford, Vickie Hester of Henderson, Hazel Bell (Melvin), Stacey Williams and Steve Williams of Hampton, VA. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
