With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Porter Jr. (Oxford, North Carolina), who passed away on November 20, 2022 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Pressley Porter. He is survived by: his mother Linda Porter; his daughters, Nataleigh Porter and Elizabeth Weary; his sisters, Sarah Clayton (Lee), Kathy Reece (Joey) and Elizabeth Merrill (Ben); his aunt Carol Worrell; his uncle Jimmy Porter; and his nieces and nephews, Candice Stewart, Matthew Taylor, Joshua Taylor, Jordan Elliott, Jacob Taylor, Trey Merrill, Logan Merrill and Carson Reece.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Press's honor to the Gary Sinise Foundation.
