He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon Moreno and Concepcion Olvera. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Collier Moreno; his children, Catalina Moreno Wood (Kenny) of Kittrell, Javier Moreno, Jr. (Whitley) of Berea and Samuel Moreno; his grandchildren, Gabriella Wood, Eli Wood and Mia Moreno; and his siblings, Estela Moreno of Mexico and Salvador Moreno of Mexico.
