He was predeceased by: his father James Lloyd Womack. He is survived by: his mother Laura Sue Womack; his children, Danielle Womack, Carlie Womack and Wyatt Womack; his sister Theresa Boyce (Jeff); and his nieces, Kelsey Boyce and Kamryn Boyce. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
