He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas Ramsey Sr. and Linda Riley Morris. He is survived by: his daughter Ashleigh Ramsey (Johnathan Blevins); his grandchildren, Adilynn Blevins, Jayde Blevins and Lucious Blevins; and his sisters, Tammy Simpson (Aaron), Jo Ann Carreto (Gerardo) and Amy Dickerson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Sossamon Funeral Home of Oxford (106 Clement Ave, Oxford, NC 27565).
