He is survived by: his mother Clementine Solomon of Butner, NC; his daughter Clarissa Richmond; his stepdaughters, JoAnn Jones (Jerrod) of Roxboro, NC, Gwynne Puryear (Mike) of Roxboro, NC, Carolyn Pointer (Gregory) of Roxboro, NC and Brenda Wiles (David) of Roxboro, NC; and his siblings, Mary Yarborough of Texas, Esther Douglas of Franklinton, NC, Carolyn Douglas, Larry Douglas, Roscoe Douglas, Wendy Moss and Donald Moss of Butner, NC. He is also survived by loving relatives and friends.
