He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ragland and Annie Bridges Ragland. He is survived by: his children, Alfreda Williams of Decauta, GA, Yette Ragland of Dumfries, VA, Cecil Ragland of Franklinton and Aldric Ragland of Stem; and his sister Lillian McClelland of Creedmoor. He is also survived by four grandchildren.

All services will observe Covid-19 guidelines of face masks and social distancing of six feet or more. Regardless of misleading information you might hear that these precautions are not needed - take it from me, I'm in the death business, and Covid-19 is getting stronger in Granville County.
