He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Downey and Annie Sue Throckmorton Downey. He is survived by: his siblings, Thessie Wade (James) and Bonnie Bumpass (John); his son Tracey D. Foster; and his niece Minister Patricia Downey. He is also survived by two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
