He is survived by: his daughter Diane Jones Aycock (Dale); his grandchildren, Kristen Aycock Thurnau (Stephen), Kenneth Reives Jones and Maggie Katelyn Jones (Grace); his siblings, Patricia Jones Boyd (Carlton) and Stephen Marshall Jones (Marie); and his close friend Jean Duncan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be given to Tabbs Creek Baptist Church, 5609 Tabbs Creek Church Rd., Oxford, NC 27565.
