He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Dean Leonard; his daughters, Joan Parham, Brenda Keeter (Terry) and Lisa Singleton (Mark Sizemore); his grandchildren, Raymond Michael Parham, Shawn Anthony Parham, Steven McGhee (Tabby) of Terry, Lynn Keeter Jr., Charlie Ray Singleton III and Katlyn Nicole Singleton "Kendall"; his great grandchildren, Jordan Parham and Carter Parham; and his siblings, Avaleen Roberson (Robbie), Bobby Leonard (Joyce), Ted Leonard, Randy Leonard (Tracy) and Michael Leonard. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
