She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Howard and Emma Hicks Howard; and her husband Phillip E. Peace. She is survived by: her daughters, Zenobia White of Temple Hills, MD, Victoria Bartlett (Leandrew) of Kittrell, Patricia Tabourn (Bernard) of Kittrell, Deborah Foster (Alvin) of Kittrell and Jacqueline Cozart; and her siblings-in-law, Patrick Peace (Catherine) of Kittrell, Vernell Taylor (Martha) of Oxford and Ida Peace of Montross, VA. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren; three great-great-great grandchildren.
A viewing is scheduled for Thursday, March 18 from 4pm-6pm at Wright Funeral Home (all services will observe Covid-19 guidelines of facial coverings and social distancing of six feet or more. Chapel services are limited to fifty people and viewing limited to no more than ten people in the room at any one time).
