As Helen departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Helen may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Helen leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellison Cheek and Ellen Hargrove Cheek. She is survived by: her sons, James Tunstall (Tonya) and Thomas Tunstall (Indira); and her brother MacArthur Cheek. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
