She is survived by: her children, Vicki Ragland Tingen (Don), Anita Ragland Watson (Peter) and Garland Ragland; her grandchildren, William Ragland III, Jennifer Tingen Clark, Raleigh Watson, Corrine Watson, Spencer Watson and Garland Ragland, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Victoria McKenzie Clark and Caroline Clark.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hester Baptist Church.
