She is survived by: her husband Julian W. Garrett; her son Johnny Gray Clayton, II (April Pugh Clayton); her grandsons, Johnny Gray Clayton, III and Daniel Curtis Clayton; her daughter Krystal Clayton Gill (Robert Wheeler Gill); her grandchildren, Colton Blake Gill and Carter Bryce Gill; her great grandchild George Wesley Clayton; and her siblings, John Barnes (Vickie) and Cheri Barnes. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
