She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Watson and Charlotte Watson; her son David Tuck; and her sister Wanda Watson. She is survived by: her husband W. B. Williams; her son Brian Tuck of Roxboro; her brothers, Charles Watson of Roxboro and Kent Watson of Roxboro; and her grandson David Tuck of Roxboro.
