She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur "Bill" Peeler and Sherry Stirewalt Peeler; and her former husband David Wagner. She is survived by: her husband Charlie Henry Winston; her daughter Brianne Wagner; her siblings, Lana Howard (Billy), Todd Peeler and Dale Peeler (Sherry); and her grandson Riley Whitaker.
