It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gertrude Yancey Sizemore (Oxford, North Carolina), who passed away on May 3, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, H. Drannon Yancey and Bessie Yancey; her husband E. Coleman Sizemore; and her sister Lizzie Vaughan. She is survived by: her children, Lynwood Sizemore of Oxford and Debbie Robinson (Ricky) of Durham; her grandchildren, Meredith Robinson (Nikki) and Angela Campbell; her great grandchildren, Caleb Ivy, Christopher Edwards and Collins Robinson; and her great great grandchild Eli Ivy.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Gertrude's memory to West Oxford Baptist Church, P.O. Box 458, Oxford, NC 27565.
