He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Sherry Evans, Michelle Evans, Toyquan Evans of Oxford, Two, Robert Evans and Tierre Outlaw of Oxford, NC; and his siblings, Clara Evans of Oxford, NC, Sharon Cheatham (Joel) of Oxford, NC, Tami Evans of Oxford, NC, Annette Perry (James) of Wilmington, NC, James Evans (Sylvia) of Springfield, Ricky Evans (Sandy) of Hillsboro, NC and Danny Cross (Pam) of Oxford, NC.. He was also cherished by 20 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
