He is survived by: his wife Lois Jane Overton Rice; his sons, Franklin Wiley Rice (Kathy) of Oxford, Michael Wayne Rice (Amy) of Oxford and Phillip Scott Rice (Wendy) of Oxford; his sister Helen Morrison of Alberdeen; his grandchildren, Leah Rice, Andrew, Samuel and Connor Rice; and his great grandchildren, Wesley Rice and Evelynne Harper Rice.
