It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred Moss of Oxford, North Carolina, born in Franklin, North Carolina, who passed away on May 9, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Tressie Brown Moss and Samuel Almos Moss; and his siblings, Samuel Moss, Jr., Lonnie Eugene Moss and Edna Charlene Moss.
He is survived by: his children, Jamie Brummitt (Jim) of Oxford and Bobby Moss (Debbie) of Oxford; his stepson Eric Overton of Florence, SC; his grandchildren, Chris Moss, Jeremy Moss, Brandon Moss and Jordan Holloway; his great grandchildren, Micah Holloway, Easton Moss and Charlie Holloway; and his sisters, Elaine Hicks of Oxford and Mary Strickland of Oxford.
