She is survived by: her children, James Strater of Oxford, Jacquelin Coffin of Creedmoor, NC and Kristie Daniel of Durham, NC; and her sister Annie Dillard of Washington, DC. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and twenty-three great-grandchildren.
