He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Andrew Futrell and Cora Irene Rose Futrell. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Futrell; his children, Cathryn Futrell Shearin (William), Christie Futrell Moon (Terry), Tony Futrell, Jr. (Amy) and Bobby Futrell (Ginny); and his grandchildren, Sarah (Josh), Katelyn, Tommy, Sam, Charlie, Austin, Andrew, Caroline, Cate, Heather Bissette and Tiffany Pipkin.

He has left a legacy of love and a foundation of faith that will continue not only in his household but in the hearts of the families he touched.

The last time I saw and talked to Tony was at our high school Class reunion, I believe our 50th one in 2013.
