He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Josephine Costello and Eugene Farrelly; his brothers, Raymond and Francis; and his wife Kathleen "Cassie" Farrelly.
He is survived by: his children, Maura Jane, Megan Kathleen (Peter Vinick) and Eugene Matthew (Amber Joplin); and his grandchildren, Jack, Bridget, Anna, Elise and Samuel.
