Though Esther may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Esther touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Holman and Geneva Green Holman. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Teresa Harris of Oxford, NC and Clarence Thomas Harris Jr. (Michelle) of High Point, NC; her grandchildren, Gavin Price Harris and Aniya Marie Harris; her sisters, Dorothy Burgess, Betty Haythe and Lillian Robert; and her godchildren, Quintez Cates and Ciera Cates. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Betts & Son Funeral Home Chapel (512 Lewis St, Oxford, NC 27565). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
