He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sidney and Minnie Cooper Sidney of Granville County; and his wife Deborah Sidney. He is survived by: his children, Russel Riley, Deborah Oakley (Michael) and Wayne Sidney (Tammie); and his niece Linda Lewis. He is also survived by Seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
