He is survived by: his daughters, Bernetta Bailey of Henderson, Veronica Hughes of Woodbridge, VA, Michelle Johnson of Marion, Wendy Clegg of Biscoe and Cortnee Barnett of Fayetteville; and his sisters, Fannie S. Wilson of Oxford and Mary S. Umstead of Oxford. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
