He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Richard Williams and Annie Lee Lewis Williams. He is survived by: his sons, Earl Williams, Jr. of Japan and Lamond Alston of Durham; and his siblings, Mary Lee Williams of Oxen Hill, VA and Johnnie Williams of Hillsborough. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
