He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl George, Sr. and Freda Lois Morris Dulaney; and his sister Mary Catherine Dulaney. He is survived by: his wife Judy Williams; his sister Freda Smith (Jerry); his nephew Stephen Smith (Sandy); his nieces, Laura Hanneken (Dan) and Debbie Schwarberg (Ron); his great-nieces, Rachel Roach (Matt) and Tessa Hanneken; and his great-nephew Bradley Hanneken.
