He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Williams; his children, Leah Thomas of Oxford, NC, Candice Burwell of Oxford, NC and Douglas Williams, Jr. (Lucinda) of Oxford, NC; and his siblings, Shirley Ann Williams Clack, Waverly Williams (Annette) and Lonnie Williams (Tasha). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
