He was predeceased by: his father Robert Lee McAden, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Rosa Blackwell McAden of Brooklyn, NY; and his siblings, Lavern M. Mudiwa of Durham, Margaret McAden of Oxford, Vickie McAden of Manhattan, NY, Stephanie Hargrove of Oxford, Robert L. McAden and James Ravenell of Philadelphia, PA..

A memorial service was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Wright Funeral Home Chapel (3724 Salem Rd, Oxford, NC 27565).
